The Adult Psychiatric Clinic in Landskrona is part of the adult psychiatry operations area in Helsingborg. Our target group is adults residing in the city of Landskrona or Svalöv municipality, whose diagnoses or conditions fall within the interface of specialist psychiatry. To ensure our patients' needs for safety, continuity, and security, we work with individual care plans and collaborate closely with other psychiatric services, primary care, and other agencies such as the Social Insurance Agency, the Employment Agency, Social Services, and Occupational Health Services. The clinic is located in the hospital area in Landskrona.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have varied tasks and the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. As a social worker with us, you will receive group supervision with our other three social workers.

In the role of a social worker, you will work with psychosocial tasks both individually and in teams with other professionals in the unit. Your important task as a social worker is to convey information about social support measures and collaborate with authorities, the municipality, healthcare providers, and other external and internal partners. The work is varied and includes individual patient conversations, group activities, family conversations, and crisis conversations. The tasks also include mapping the patient's social support needs and planning with the municipality through SIP and official meetings. You will work with both individual patients and families/networks. An important task as a social worker is to pay attention to the reactions and support needs of relatives and to highlight the situation of children. The role of a social worker also includes staying updated in the fields of social law and health insurance, as well as supervising students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an approved degree in social work. It is strongly meritorious if you are a licensed healthcare social worker and have experience working with people with mental health issues. If you have CBT level 1 or other training that the employer assesses as similar, we also consider this meritorious. You should also have a strong interest in working with psychosocial issues with the patient in focus. If you belong to a licensed professional group, proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is a requirement. For non-licensed professions, good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required. For this position, you need to have a valid B driver's license.
